When we feel stuck or weighed down by trauma, depression, anxiety, or systemic injustice, it’s especially hard to access our preferences, inner resources, and community. Our voice gets lost or neglected. This is my commitment to you in our work – to make space for your voice.

I believe in non-pathologizing and a collaborative approach grounded in Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Feminist Theory. I am trauma-informed, and LGBTQI/Kink/ENM Affirming. My areas of emphasis include depression, anxiety, PTSD/ trauma recovery, workplace & school stress, life & career transitions, and artist & entrepreneur support.

I work with adults, adolescents & children, couples, and groups. My intention is to create a space of safety and gentleness- where new stories, meanings, and imagination can flourish.
