There's a reason for the ways we learn to cope, survive, and move through the world—even if those patterns & behaviors don't ultimately serve us. My hope as a therapist is to help you deepen your understanding of the roots of these patterns so you can move through life with greater awareness, flexibility, and choice. I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, C-PTSD, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and questions of identity and belonging. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent, creative, & spiritual individuals who seek deeper self-understanding, healing, and growth.
I offer a trauma-informed, highly relational, and often playful, space for deep, transformative work. I draw primarily from psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, IFS, AEDP, and somatic approaches, and also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for those interested in an integrative approach to therapy.
