I am a therapist for healthcare workers, and specialize in treating burnout, compassion fatigue, trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. As someone who works in healthcare, you face challenging situations, enormous expectations, and constraints within the system every day. You may dread going to work, feel burned out, or find yourself thinking about upsetting cases on your days off. I am here to help. Our work together will be a safe and healing space for you to process the work you do, explore how your work is impacting you professionally and personally, develop compassion for yourself, and hold space for what is important to you.

As an oncology social worker, I know firsthand the impact of working in medicine, and have years of experience supporting professionals through the emotional demands of working in healthcare. I am trained in compassion focused therapy, EMDR, CBT, meaning-centered psychotherapy, and clinical hypnosis. My style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative.
