You want to participate in the world around you but you also want to hide under a blanket. You want to make friends, but you're nervous. You want to make choices with confidence but there's too much damn noise. I work with adults over the age of 18 to help build confidence, resilience, communication skills, and community.
I'm here to put things into a broader context and get a sense of why the problem is persisting despite your efforts. I use a direct but compassionate approach (maybe some humor too) to see where you stand in your work life, family life, health, and more! My dog George may be visible in the background, but he's a dog and won't break confidentiality.
