As a queer and chronically ill therapist, I know that the world is filled with fear and grief for our present and near futures. In the therapy space, I prioritize resiliency practices that support surviving in this capitalistic world where productivity may be king, but joy and purpose is what keeps us going.
I love working with clients who know they want to live their lives in fulfilling ways and are searching for what that looks like for them. Creative people need creative solutions in a collaborative space.
Connections are the building blocks for change. I help folks understand how society impacts us and the way we think and judge ourselves too harshly, while holding accountability for our own choices in life. We tell stories in session to better understand each other and find insight into our individual processes.

t1D: Growing Pains
Being type 1 diabetic is hard. Being a teenager with type 1? BRUTAL. Figuring out who you are, what you like/dislike, and acting as a pancreas SUCKS. I know, I've been there. I've been type 1 diabetic for 27 years and have been through it all. That's why I'm starting t1D: growing pains, a support and skills building group for teens age 15-19. This will be a place for teens to connect, share their struggles and strengths, and find confidence in their ability to support themselves when their body isn't cutting it.
