Fatherhood is challenging. Frequently, fathers find it challenging to figure out their placement within their family. Focusing on building, planning, and developing our family can leave us feeling “misplaced,” “lost,” or stuck in our family system. As fathers, we are also nurturers and have our own emotional experiences that we may feel don’t get the attention we deserve. Feeling misplaced or lost can result in resentment and over-functioning. In the group, we will find clarity and understanding through the guidance and experiences of other fathers and leave feeling empowered with the clarity of who we are as fathers.
