About
Are you ready to make changes in your life and relationships? I work with individuals, couples and families in order to help them lead more fulfilling lives. Clients of mine are often looking for support in developing effective coping skills to manage difficult emotions/urges, strategies for improving communication/connection and ways to reduce conflict/turmoil in their lives.
Given that our lives are complex, my approach is tailored to you and your needs. I draw from a variety of therapy models, providing an environment where you feel safe, heard and supported in making positive change. As your therapist, I view my role as being a tool in helping you to reach your goals. We will work collaboratively to find helpful solutions.
Therapy offers the opportunity to achieve a deeper understanding of our innermost wants and needs; as well as increase our capacity to get our wants/needs met in healthy ways. It is an honor to join you on your journey of change and transformation.
