About
Exploring your sexuality or gender identity? Experiencing overwhelm or worry? Wanting deeper and more meaningful relationships? If so, I am here for you. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, gender and sexual identity, confidence, self-love, boundaries, communication, and relationship struggles. Everyone’s lived experience is unique, and I believe that our identity, values, and past experiences can shape who we are and how we respond to therapy. Therefore, I use a contextual lens when working with my clients, and in choosing a therapeutic approach.
I lead with compassion, empathy, and curiosity when working with my clients, and use a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach. Specific modalities that I use include mindfulness, narrative, emotion-focused, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapies. When working with couples and families, I also utilize Gottman and PACT therapy techniques.
Taking the first step and reaching out for help can be intimidating. I want you to know that I am here to take each step with you along your path to healing. I am here to meet you where you are, and provide a safe and nonjudgmental space to help you achieve your goals. To see if we are a good fit, you can call or message me.
