My work focuses on identifying deeply rooted issues that reinforce low self esteem, negative communication patterns and feelings of disconnection, and developing solutions to enhance connection and resilience. I enjoy working with those who are navigating emotional distancing or insecure attachment, contemplating leaving a toxic relationship or job, new parents and those in caregiver roles, and helping people pleasers learn to say no.
I partner with clients to shed light on the roots of where disconnection, broken trust and insecurity lie and provide a map to repair and heal from the damage. We will hold space for mental, emotional and somatic processing that will both honor your experience and challenge it when necessary to lay the foundation for lasting change.
