About
Accepting new clients! I support individuals ages 14-65 in exploring their holistic experiences related to suffering caused by difficult relationships/loss of an important relationship, adjusting to a recent significant life change, and mental health issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and codependency. I help clients identify and process their emotions, negative self-beliefs, body sensations, and behaviors that relate to the problem and prevent them from moving forward in their life, so new ways of approaching the problem and developing solutions are learned and inner peace is restored.
I utilize systemic, culturally sensitive, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches to support and collaborate with clients in recognizing their own resiliency. I primarily utilize Internal Family Systems, EMDR, CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and Gottman Methods in my clinical work.
I believe that all beings deserve to be free from suffering and the causes of suffering. My ability to sit with and guide another human through their pain exists only from my own experiences of suffering. You are brave for taking the first step toward healing and I would be honored to support you on your journey of turning over a new leaf.
