I will walk beside you through the challenges of your life providing feedback and holding space for you to explore and find clarity. I offer telehealth, in person walk and talk therapy, and individual counseling retreats. I also offer Brainspotting as a new and effective method for treating both developmental and event trauma..
I also treat High Sensitivity, which is a biological trait and not a flaw or diagnosis. This trait comes along with difficulties as well as some incredible strengths. The difficulties usually fall into the categories of anxiety, depression, and being extremely overwhelmed about life. I can help with invaluable tools for combatting overwhelm and anxiety.
