I have experience working with children, adolescents and their families, and young adults. I have worked in community mental health and school social work. Some of the mental health concerns I have experience working with include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and self-esteem issues.
Although I utilize different approaches such as CBT and DBT, I have found success in bringing in different expressive approaches as well such as art, music, and movement.
