I believe in the whole person, and through empathy and unconditional self-regard, I treat my clients with compassion and respect. I provide a safe, loving, non-judgmental environment so that we can explore ways to overcome obstacles and challenges. Sometimes, we just need to know we have someone in our corner rooting for us.
With specialized training in trauma, abuse, and deprivation, I use a variety of trusted modalities. I'm trained in CBT, DBT, EFT, EMDR, and am currently completing my certification to become a licensed CSAT.
With sincere empathy drawn from personal struggle and loss, I support my clients by giving them tools to help them find healing. I work with couples, and individuals who are struggling with betrayal and the effects of trauma in their life. I want them to feel understood, seen, and valued.
