Life can be complicated, beautiful, messy, surprising- and we're not meant to go through it alone! I create a space for people to come just as they are- where walls are broken down, people can be vulnerable with themselves and others, and where true healing can occur. While life often calls for symptom management (aka- how can I survive this day), I like to help people not just "dig out of a hole" but to also wonder what they want to create once out of the hole. It's an honor to journey with people, both individuals and couples, as they heal and achieve the life they want to live.
I take an integrative/holistic approach with a trauma lens. I view people not just as individuals in a vacuum but as complex humans who are influenced by all the dimensions and experiences of life, both past and present. I often utilize EMDR, an effective trauma modality that heals core issues. I also offer Walk + Talk therapy for those who are interested!
