The biggest joy of my professional career is seeing my clients thrive and knowing how far they have come. I’m here to help you recognize and break old patterns, letting go of thoughts and coping strategies that no longer serve you. I will help you build up your self-esteem, strengthen and repair relationships, and improve communication with yourself and others. I take an integrative approach to working with conditions such as depression, anxiety, and relationship struggles, and borrow from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, and mindfulness. I am trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy.
In addition, I am an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained clinician, specializing in work with adult individuals with histories of trauma. I believe many mental health issues stem from traumatic memories, and those memories, once processed, can lead to life changing positive results.
I am a passionate volunteer for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), educating students, community members, and state legislators about mental health for the past 6 years. I am available for in-person and tele-health sessions currently, and look forward to connecting with you as you begin the growth and healing process.

Groups
Teen Social Skills Workshop
This is a 2-week workshop for teens aimed at learning how to make friends, build confidence, reduce social anxiety, and improve communication. Group size is limited. The workshop's curriculum covers social anxiety, coping mechanisms, relaxation techniques, communication styles and techniques, conflict resolution skills, and active listening skills.
