I love and welcome diverse identities and have experience working with individuals, couples, and families struggling with various concerns. With the right therapist, no issue is too large to tackle. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them understand the best decisions for their lives and relationships. When appropriate, I also strive to incorporate laughter to help promote comfort during therapy. I ensure that my clients receive quality attention, care, and feedback in every session.

As an experienced Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in systemic thinking; it combines knowledge about relationships, mental health research, family history, and communication to help clients regain control of diverse struggles within their lives or relationships. Whether your concerns are of an individual or relational nature, I am here to help.
