Having spent ten years in community mental health, I have worked with people from all walks of life, with all different needs, and feel comfortable talking with most people about most things.
The best approach is as individual as each of my clients; I draw from a cognitive-behavioral background, while also incorporating mindfulness, dialectical exercises, self-care, and building on/utilizing strengths. We can take as much time as you want to explore what is going on with your life, while also staying focused on goals and solutions.
