As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I specialize in supporting children and adolescents navigating grief, loss, attachment issues, family dynamics, adjustment challenges, impulse control, and anxiety. I work with ages 3 to 17. I understand that young people often express themselves differently than adults, which is why I take a developmentally sensitive and creative approach to therapy.
My practice is unique in that I integrate play therapy, art therapy, and talk therapy—tailoring each session to meet your child's developmental stage and individual needs. This blended approach allows children to express emotions in the ways that feel most natural to them, whether through play, creativity, or conversation.
