I take a Humanistic-Person-Centered approach to counseling with added emphasis on Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. This means I value and believe in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship, along with exploring and understanding how our past has impacted our present, while also providing you with helpful tools and ways of coping.
Above all, my priority is the well-being of my clients. I understand that taking the first step to seek counseling is never an easy one; it takes great courage and strength and is the first step to feeling better.
