Are you struggling with religious trauma, a faith transition, LGBTQ+ identity concerns, anxiety, or the lasting effects of growing up in a high-demand religious environment? As an IFS Level 2 trained therapist, I specialize in helping adults understand and heal the parts of themselves carrying shame, fear, grief, self-doubt, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. Many of my clients are working to untangle the impact of religious teachings, family expectations, and past trauma while discovering who they are beyond those influences. Therapy provides a space to reconnect with your authentic self and move toward greater self-expression.

My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and informed by attachment theory and trauma research. Rather than viewing symptoms as problems to eliminate, we explore the parts of you that developed to protect you. Through curiosity and compassion, clients often experience greater clarity, healing, and self-leadership.

Healing is not about becoming someone different—it is about reconnecting with who you already are beneath the fear, shame, and expectations that may have shaped your life. My goal is to provide a compassionate, affirming space where you can explore your experiences, deepen your understanding of yourself, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
