I’m a Level 2 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist specializing in complex trauma, religious trauma, and psychedelic preparation and integration. I support individuals in healing deep wounds, rebuilding trust in their inner system, and reconnecting with their authentic Self. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. IFS offers a powerful framework to gently unburden wounded parts and restore inner balance. I work with clients navigating the effects of complex trauma, faith transitions, grief, and non-ordinary states of consciousness, helping them process, integrate, and grow from these experiences.

My own healing journey has given me deep insight into the courage it takes to face our inner suffering. I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where all parts are welcome and every story is honored.
