I specialize in helping teens and adults identify and process what they may be feeling, provide healthy coping strategies, and a path forward to minimize the impact. I have been trained in EMDR and EMDR Sandtray which can be effective in treating trauma. I heavily utilize therapeutic techniques such as MI, CBT, DBT, & ACT to work with my clients.
