LCSW-R, for over 20 years, obtaining my master's degree from New York University.
I have experience working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is empathetic, compassionate, non-judgmental, collaborative, and empowering. I believe that fostering a welcoming, safe and secure therapeutic relationship is important. I want my clients to feel heard, seen and understood.
Therapy isn’t always easy, which is why I emphasize that therapy is a team approach, starting where you are and working together to make positive changes. In creating a safe and collaborative approach, I work with you in identifying your goals, working on reducing specific symptoms and increasing a sense of regaining balance and happiness.
