My special interests include parenting and child behavior issues, women's issues, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, fertility and adoption, attachment, and stress-coping. I have experience working with women, men, children, teens, and families. I am trained in Theraplay, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, CBT & other treatment modalities.

My ideal patient is motivated for change, open to processing wounds, and eager to learn skills to improve their lives, within the context of a supportive working relationship. I began working in mental health services in 2001, and began private practice work in 2016.
