If you’re navigating complicated relationships, worn down by work stress, or feeling stuck in perfectionism, you’re not alone. We can work on setting boundaries, managing burnout, and finding ways to feel more like yourself. I also support kids and teens who need a steady, calm space to work through big feelings or tough transitions. Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in curiosity rather than judgment. Together we slow things down to notice patterns, understand what’s underneath the stress, and try new ways of responding.
I’m a Black queer therapist based in south Minneapolis providing therapy for adults, teens, and kids across Minnesota. I especially enjoy working with Black clients, people of color, and LGBTQ+ folks, while welcoming clients of all backgrounds.
My goal isn’t to “fix” you. It’s to help you feel more connected to yourself, clearer about what matters, and more able to move through life with intention. Let’s find a time to talk.
