Clients progress as they overcome fears, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, addictions, relationship problems, old/new emotional wounds. Success in treatment comes as the barriers to my client's "desired life" fall, one by one, and they become independently prepared for new functioning in life.

I specialize in depression, anxiety, addictions (substance, sexual, or behavioral) and relationships. I work with adults, adolescents, and children. For children younger than age 5, parents must be willing to be intricately involved in the therapeutic process to learn how to help their child work through issues at home.
