I enjoy working with individuals, couples, children and families. I have helped people work through depression and anxiety, grief and loss, infidelity and betrayal, life transitions, trauma and communication. It is my goal to help empower and assist those that seek change in their lives.

I specialize in a range of different diagnoses that often require time and a deeper level of understanding to manage and address. Specialties include but are not limited to clients struggling with anxiety, depression and PTSD. I look forward to working towards having a positive impact on those that are seeking guidance and help.

I am an avid believer in the power of a smile, a kind word and a listening ear. My objective is to work together in a collaborative effort to sort through some of the many complex emotions and circumstances that often bring people into therapy.
