My approach is warm, direct, and genuinely creative. Drawing on art therapy, cognitive approaches, and practical coaching, we'll work in a way that fits your brain — not a one-size-fits-all model. Sessions are active, not passive. You'll feel heard, and you'll also get honest reflection.

I hold a doctorate in art therapy and have spent years supervising clinicians and teaching. I practice entirely via telehealth throughout California.
