I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with five years of experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), allowing me to help clients process past experiences while building practical tools for the present. I also draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best meet each client’s unique needs.
I work especially well with individuals who feel stuck, burnt out, or like they’re holding everything together on the outside while struggling internally. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can be authentic, build self-awareness, and make meaningful, lasting changes.
In our first session, you can expect to learn a bit about me and my approach to therapy so you have a clear sense of how I work. We will then review and complete any necessary intake documentation, and from there, begin discussing what brought you to therapy.
