A holistic whole-person approach to care grounded in mindfulness. Hello and a warm welcome to you, I'm Karre, she/her. Life can hold both beauty and awe, as well as moments that feel overwhelming, chaotic, heavy, or even traumatic. You don’t have to navigate those times alone—I’m here to listen and support you in your healing process on your therapeutic journey. Over 20 years ago, through my massage therapy practice, I began to witness the healing potential that exists for both my clients and myself. Through the many personal stories shared during bodywork sessions, I was inspired to deepen my path into mental health.
Today, I continue that commitment with a holistic approach to care, supporting healing of the whole person and overall well-being as central to my clinical practice. I am passionate about this work and about helping you discover, recover, and embrace your strengths and authentic self.
