A warm welcome to you, I'm Karre Kern! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), and Notary Public providing Telehealth in California, Maine, Virginia, and Florida. My practice supports ages 9 years and up with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, stress, and trauma. I primarily utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and have more than 20 years of experience helping facilitate positive change within a diverse clientele.
My clientele has always been diverse. I have found that my approach and style work best for those who are tired of feeling the way they do, and want to try something that is more than solely “talk therapy.” We can work on immediate needs and foster resilience for the future.
