I offer personalized services to individuals with substance use disorders and to the family members affected by their loved one's addiction. My passion lies in helping others, aiming to support as many as possible find a path to sobriety, healing, and recovery. I believe that everyone can achieve this and lead a life filled with purpose and fulfillment. Additionally, I hope to support family members on an individual basis who are dealing with addiction in their loved ones. Addiction not only isolates the individual but also deeply affects the entire family unit.
I cater to an individual's needs while employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, while generally adopting a person-centered approach. My interest lies in trauma, which I consider to be a significant factor in substance abuse. I am in the process of obtaining certification in Trauma-Informed Care.
It can be challenging to know where to start with all that's happening in your life. I'm here to serve as your guide and a support to you on this path. I value the time spent with those I assist, and it's important to me that my clients feel welcomed, supported, heard, and validated. Please reach out today to begin your journey of healing and recovery!
