Often these issues are worth or necessitate exploring. I enjoy working with a wide range of concerns, and I specialize in trauma, dating, and attachment. I incorporate cognitive theory, advanced knowledge of modern dating, psychodynamics, interpersonal neurobiology, and EMDR in my approach.
Therapy is often not an easy process, and I work with clients who are deeply committed to their self-growth. Even though a lot of my work centers around dating and relationships, I only work with adult individuals. When appropriate, I refer out to couples therapy to trusted local colleagues.
Please take note that I am a sole practitioner and do not own or belong to a group practice. This means that when you contact me, you will be seen by me and not someone else. My physical office is conveniently located in the Wicker Park neighborhood right off the Division Blue Line. Street parking is also available.
