I have an extensive background in trauma informed care. Additionally, I am also certified in alcohol and drug counseling. I am open to working to address a multiplicity of issues to include but not limited to, depression, anxiety, grief, family conflicts, marital issues, couples counseling, personality disorders, and parenting.
I am a therapist but I am also a human. Many of the struggles I assist others in overcoming I too have experienced first hand. I understand that these issues do not surface overnight and therefore will not be resolved as quickly either. It is my goal to not simply give directions but to collaborate with the client to make and reach obtainable goals.
