Brene Brown wrote, "Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light". Shame diminishes that light within us and tells us we are not worthy. My knowledge of healing therapy includes Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, ACT and EMDR. I am EMDR Certified and also a Creative Grief Studio Practitioner. This means I have the know-how to help you work on the things that are weighing you down, and help you find your superpowers again so you can fight against self defeat stories you tell yourself.

I create a safe space for you to talk about your feelings with no judgment. You and I will work through your feelings of hopelessness. I can give you strategies to cope when you feel overwhelmed.
