The Costello Center's team of independent contractors are experienced professionals who work together to provide a wide variety of counseling, life coaching, medicine management, and academic excellence services. All of these individuals work with The Costello Center not as employees, but as independent contractors working together to fulfill The Costello Center mission; dedicated to Mind, Body, Spirit and Healing. As an Independent contractor affiliated with The Costello Center, I work with both individuals and families struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related pain, and family dysfunction.
I completed my internship at a private, inpatient, substance abuse recovery program and have since worked in community-based mental health, Specialized Therapeutic Foster Care, and the Partial Hospitalization Outpatient Program at a behavioral health hospital.
I believe in the importance of fostering a strong therapeutic relationship, which centers on meeting the client(s) where they are and walking with them on their journey towards discovering their authentic self. I am a Florida native that enjoys expressing my creative side through singing, painting, and ballroom dancing.
