My name is Karman and I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas, working with clients statewide via Telehealth. I earned my Master's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and have worked in a variety of settings, most recently as a Crisis Intervention Counselor for a local school district. As a therapist, I am passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your life's journey, feelings, and challenges. My goal is that through our work together, you can find the support and tools needed to connect authentically with yourself and the people you love to cultivate the life you deserve.
I provide individual therapy to adults with a focus on helping clients navigate personal and relational challenges. I help clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem/self-worth issues, relational issues, adjustment/life transitions, and those who have a history of traumatic experiences.
I believe in a client-centered, strength based, collaborative approach to counseling. My style is warm, engaging, and direct. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and strategies, customized to your specific situation.
