My specialities are couples/marriage counseling, families, parenting, teens, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational issues, grief, OCD, premarital counseling, and Christian counseling.
As a wife for 26 years and mother of three, I understand the challenges of navigating life transitions and dealing with difficult situations as a couple, a parent, and an individual.
