Welcome! In our work together, we engage in present-centered techniques to help cope with the challenges of life, and tune into a joyful and embodied path forward. I believe strongly in your innate wisdom and resilience and reflect these qualities to you when in session. I integrate modalities from Mindfulness-Based techniques, Gestalt Therapy, EMDR and IFS, and work with you to find an approach that meets you where you are.
With compassion and acceptance of all you bring, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental container for you to explore new ways of being, and shed beliefs and patterns that are ready to be released.
I have experience working with questions of identity and meaning in life, life transitions, grief, anxiety and depression. I have specific training and experience working with survivors of domestic and interpersonal violence, body image challenges and disordered eating, and a keen interest in working with spiritual experiences and dreams.
