My specialties are men’s issues, adolescence (ages 15- 18), couples therapy, BlPOC mental health, addictions and substance abuse, identity, anxiety, stress management, and faith-based counseling. I integrate various counseling modalities such as Person Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, Existential Therapy, CBT, & REBT.
