I believe in an individual’s strength and ability to learn and grow from life’s challenges. As a compassionate advocate of mental health and LGBTQ+ ally, I create a safe space free of judgment for my clients to be their true authentic selves.
I offer individual, couples, and youth counseling. I use a Strengths-Based Person-Centered approach to counseling to find and develop inner strength and confidence. Additionally, I use tools from CBT, DBT, ACT, Gottman, REBT, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to personalize treatments for my client’s specific needs.
Thank you for making your mental health a priority. I am here to listen, validate, and challenge you on your journey to making healthy and meaningful change.
