I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, helping each person find strategies and insights that fit their unique experiences and goals. I also bring personal understanding of the challenges that can come with domestic violence, trauma, military life, LGBTQ identity, and navigating multiple intersecting life experiences. I can help clients reach their mental, emotional, and behavioral health goals.
I specialize in trauma therapy for adults and children, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and the treatment of personality, mood, depression, and anxiety disorders. I use several treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, PCIT, ACT, and other treatment methods.
As a therapist, I believe healing begins with connection. I provide a warm, compassionate, and understanding space where clients can feel truly seen and supported. Using empathy, humor, and authenticity, I work to build a therapeutic relationship that helps clients feel safe to explore their challenges and strengths.
