Hi, my name is Karli Williams and I am a licensed mental health counselor based out of Seattle, Washington. I enjoy working with adolescents and individuals from all walks of life. I specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and crisis management. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy to provide support to my clients in their journey of healing.
My approach to therapy varies from client to client. Clients can expect an experience that is safe and filled with assistance and honesty. I find Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy to be beneficial in allowing clients to learn tools to push forward.
I find that my style works best with adolescents and individuals who are struggling with life transitions, relational struggles, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I work with my clients to build skills to allow them to better themselves and their understanding of situations.
