My role is not to fix, but to help you see the value in all your pieces and support you in what comes next. Together, we will create a safe space to gently explore where you feel stuck or out of alignment, working toward reclaiming your sense of agency.
I help clients safely process difficult or painful past experiences and the heavy emotions connected to them, especially when those past events continue to impact how you feel and function today. I also find work with athletes navigating identity loss, performance anxiety, and burnout genuinely meaningful.
No matter what brings you to counseling, my commitment is the same: to support you as we process the thoughts, feelings, and situations impacting how you view yourself, so you can reconnect with who you truly are. I will be fully trained in EMDR in September. I offer in-person sessions in Spokane, WA, as well as telehealth throughout Washington state.
