I work with clients of all ages and all populations. I currently specialize in culturally competent and evidence-based treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, adjustment concerns, and trauma-related disorders. I additionally specialize in sex therapy, trauma-informed care for adults and children and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I am very focused on an interpersonal approach with each client, holding the firm belief that the therapeutic relationship is the most healing aspect and driving force of change within therapy. I recognize that there is no “one size fits all” in any therapeutic approach and will combine therapeutic modalities that best align with the client.
