I help facilitate the growth and healing of those like you. I welcome clients who want to explore questions related to identity, meaning, and spirituality. Therapy can help you feel better, but also understand life more fully and live in a way that feels authentic.
My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I am EMDR certified and integrate EMDR with person-centered and depth psychology approaches to address both past experiences and the deeper patterns shaping how you relate to yourself and others. Often I guide others through EMDR focused on abuse, violence, traumatic loss, phobias, and addiction urges/cravings.
