I am trained to work with individuals, couples, and families across ages and stages of development. My aim is to help you understand yourself, others, and to make meaningful changes that lead to a more fulfilling and satisfying life. I enjoy working with an array of clients with various needs, but I particularly enjoy working with those who have tried therapy before but have not yet found relief or were “turned off” by their previous experience. I am also skilled at working with those who are hesitant about therapy in general–who are perhaps only here because you feel that you've tried everything else. Skeptics are welcome!
I balance both depth and skill work, using a relational approach to effectively target the pain that is perpetuating obstacles. I have particular experience in working with those impacted by psychosis, eating disorders, incest, and other traumas. I am also passionate about working with veterans, first responders, and their families.
Whether you are struggling with severe mental health difficulties, relationship problems, or life transitions, my aim is to expand the horizons of possibility for your life–so that it feels more and more like a life you are proud and joyful to create and sustain. It's not always easy, but change is possible. Reach out to see if we might be a good fit.
