I am a trauma focused, neurodiversity celebrating, complex attachment navigating, soft spot landing therapist. I welcome adults and small children with complex trauma, and specialize in foster care, adoption, and families navigating separation and divorce. I approach trauma work using an embodied approach with somatic (body) awareness, EMDR, trauma reprocessing/unburdening, play therapy and Theraplay models.
Additionally, I specialize in ADHD and behavioral strategies for children who communicate big emotions through big behaviors. My goal is to unburden and empower parents as they navigate challenging behaviors.
I welcome parents, adults, and children ages 3-11 that have experienced trauma. Areas of practice include: foster care and adoption; childhood, attachment, generational, and complex trauma and PTSD; ADHD and executive functioning, traumatic brain injury, sensory processing disorders, and applied behavioral interventions.
