Some of my specialties include anxiety/mood disorders, trauma, addiction and life stage development. I have experience working with individuals, children and families.
My Ph.D research focused on the concept of resiliency supporting that each one of us have natural strengths which help us get through difficult times. I provide a safe and non judgmental place to support you in your journey.
