Many clients I work with are struggling with the effects of childhood and relational trauma, which may include anxiety, fear of abandonment, difficulty setting boundaries, and low self-esteem. This type of trauma can result from neglect, abuse, betrayal, or abandonment, and it deeply affects a person's ability to form healthy, secure attachments with others later in life.
I approach therapy with a trauma-informed approach, utilizing EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. As a Certified Herbalist and Specialist in Nutritional & Integrative Medicine, I provide practical & holistic strategies to enhance focus, mood, sleep, and behavior by addressing the link between gut health and brain function.
I believe in endless growth and change. Passionate about childhood trauma and its impact, I'm dedicated to supporting you through your healing journey.
