About
We all face trials, setbacks and challenges in life. One of the biggest struggles we all face is having healthy relationships. In order to have healthy relationships, we need to communicate effectively, resolve conflict sand be willing to forgive when offended. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families as they navigate relationships. I also work with people who have anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addictions, marital issues, spiritual struggles, parenting, identity issues and stress. The goal for my clients is to find freedom, peace and balance in their lives
In addition to my formal education and many years of experience in this field, I have had my own journey and opportunities to apply the tools that I use in the counseling process. Galatians 5:1 states: It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. I find it is an honor and a privilege to walk alongside people as they find this freedom in their life.
If you are an adult or adolescent and you are struggling with a challenge or a relationship or simply have a question, please give me a call. The initial phone conversation is free so I would be happy to connect with you and see how I can help
