One of my biggest strengths is my consideration of Culture when working with individuals. This is not just limited to ethnic identity, but all of the other facets that comprise our wonderful identities (developmental phases in life, disability, socio-economic status, religion/spirituality, etc.)
I approach women's issues in therapy with a sensitive and inclusive perspective, recognizing that individuals may experience unique challenges related to their gender. I approach all life transitions with empathy because stressor are subjective to each individual and the current developmental stage in which they find themselves in.
